Tired and Emotional

This is my eye. It's a very tired and sore eye.

I have spent the day sobbing down the phone at civil servants and my tenant who cares even less about me.

I find myself in the most ridiculous circumstance and I can only now keep my fingers crossed (I'd pray if I knew how) that the managers in the council department I have been dealing with exercise discretion rather than put me through an enormously expensive and inconvenient process and that my shitbag tenant decides to move out willingly.

I now have realised that it doesn't pay to be kind hearted, generous, and understanding. Shit bags are right under your nose and you don't always know until it's too late.

Tomorrow is D Day please keep your digits crossed for me.
