Panoramania
Okay I never usually say this, but this is best viewed in large. Obviously.
EDIT: Even large doesn't really do it justice. Too long really. Not something I've ever had to say before either.....
EDIT 2: I've had to change shots. The other one was nice but even in large it didn't quite have the effect I wanted. Here's something a bit smaller!
First up I'd like to thank Mog for the help in identfying the autostitch programme.
This view replaces the original one I took and is of the Cathedral and Magna Carta pub. I don't recall ever being in the MagnaCarta sober, no dor I recall ever being in the Cathedral drunk. So these are kinda polar opposites.
I enjoy experimenting, and with my 300th coming up it's time to hit that light trail shot I've been intending to do for 297 days.
Imps at home to Kidderminster tonight. I made the mistake of remarking we were going to 'shove it up kiddy' in public earlier today. I won't be doing that again. Apparently that is one of those magical phrases that instantly earns you the hostility of anyone in earshot.
In other news: I have two days off at the end of this week. Looking forward to it as well, a chance to relax and search for a job that holds my interest. Friday I think I'll get out with the camera around Stamford, it's a quaint little town just off the A1 not far from Peterborough. I've always had a soft spot for it's stone built houses (not quite so much for it's inhabitants, most who work in London and earn more in a day than I do in a decade).
In further other news I seem to be experiencing pain in my left shoulder / man boob area. I'm not sure if I've pulled a muscle or if my insides are beginning to reject my alternative lifestyle of cigarettes and passionate pursuit of sitting down.... maybe I should get it checked out. Or I could just carry on regardless and believe in my own head it's a pulled muscle - after all belief is the key to everything.
Or is that money? I always get the two mixed up.
