Tunnel Vision

When I blipped about the lovely art deco architecture of the Birkenhead tunnel last week I was a bit rude about the Wallasey tunnel in comparison. So, to make amends, I decided that I should give the Wallasey tunnel its own moment of glory!

Don't worry, I wasn't driving when I took this! Actually, I was on the top deck of a bus which accounts for it being slightly shaky. That's my excuse anyway...

You can tell it's the summer holiday season because there's practically no traffic even at 8.30am. Normally it'd be nose to tail at that time of day.
