I know that home buyers are desperate for land these days and that new houses are getting smaller. But even this is a new low by even Barrett's standards.

A single open plan room measuring 6 x 1. I hear they carpet it through out but even then it would have to be a good price you getting it at.

At least their slogan would work in this case.
