Stamens

Indoor photography today as its rained all day, the snow that fell overnight has now gone but it still very very cold.

Another day at home, but should be right for work tomorrow. Being in the job which deals with the public in a Health Centre it isn't a good look to cough and sneeze too much.

These are the stamens from a beautiful lily that was part of a sheath of cut flowers we received recently, I have added a texture (but cut back the opacity) for effect.....not sure if it works or not. I have tried to keep it subtle so as not to overpower the flower stamens??

Its weird being home all the time, no contact with people except Doug. That reminds me he has lost his mobile phone - any ideas??

Hope my friends in ChCh are thawing out and that Jack won't pay a visit tonight.
