Winwick Quay

Barbara was born within 100yds of where this picture was taken. I took Barbara for a quick shop this morning and then thought it would save me cooking if we all went to the pub. Excellent meal in the Fiddle i'th Bag.
We are stood on the once removable footpath that covered the entrance to the dry dock. This was the old Sankey Canal at Winwick.
