The scent of graphite and wood

Back home in Lewes all I had to show for my Czech Republic sojourn with Ildi was... a box of pencils.

But oh what pencils! Koh-I-Noor Hardtmuth 1900 Toison D'Or professional graphite pencils... in grades HB, 2H, 4H, 6H, 8H, F, B, 2B, 3B, 4B, 6B, 8B. All the pencil artist needs. But darn it all, they won't last long, particularly if I insist on making mega-sized drawings. Another visit to their home town of Ceske Budejovice must be on the cards...
