Holidays end.

Back home today. Day did not start well, The hotel decided to add stuff onto the bill which, when queried they got sniffy about. However, a bit of angry customer from the man and we were on our way. Does leave a bad taste in the mouth though.

All went well thereafter... until we were almost at Lockerbie. A 4x4 towing a caravan had jack-knifed blocking all three lanes on the motorway. I have no idea what happened, but it didn't look good. The BBC are reporting that an elderly couple had to be cut free from the vehicle and that their injuries were not thought to be serious. I hope they are right.

After that we dropped in past Glasgow to pick up the daughter and headed home. Was good to shut the gates behind us when we arrived. I've had enough excitement for one weekend.
