Guess what?
Nobody from the council phoned today.
Nobody from the council came to empty the bins today.

I did get a letter from the council, dated 11th August, telling me that "this collection will take place as scheduled from now on". As that was Thursday, it took them a whole day to break that promise.

Next up a complaint to the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman.
