Never too old to be young.....

I persuaded Mrs BM to take Maddison and Me to Baggeridge Country Park for an hour, me with a camera and Maddison with all the energy for all three of us.

The park has a miniature railway track, 3½", 5" 7¼" and I think they also have 10¼" tracks running around a corner of the park. There was only this guy running a 3½" "0-6-0 steam tanker around the track and he couldn't take the smile off his face. He must have spent 100's of hours building the engine and there he was shovelling coal and filling the water tender.

His Grandson eventually gave up running around the track as it was obvious that Grandpa wasn't going to let him ride the engine.
