Super Scary Moth Vase

Thanks to the wonders of Cling Film I have been able to work on this pot for an incredible EIGHT months!!! Goodness I didn?t think it was that long. I have been taken away for the workshop quite a lot this year but I am glad to say that I am back at work again.

The scary moths here are as big as a child hand they are taking an age to paint in at around an hour and a half per moth. I feel I am in the last days of this vase now, seen here it is in the raw state of just slip over damp clay, the background will be black when the process is finished.
