Wow, those legs are moving!

I?m now going to the gym with B again, after a gap of several months.

This blip is a bit rubbish as I was trying to take it discretely and exclude the bloke on the neighbouring bike.

All I can say is that those legs move at an amazing rate for an old bloke!!
