Winter is around the corner
This is a partial picture of the wood we hauled and cut the last few days. I've been busy along with the whole household getting ready for winter.
Now that the massive winter push is almost done I'm hoping to take more pictures, relax a little and resume normal life. Homeschool starts next week so this is it for me.
4 1/2 cords in 4 days, I'm wiped. That was with hauling 80 bales of hay and stacking them.
I'm so grateful for my Dad, Ric, Brad and the help from my daughter and her bf. Brindi and I painted 53 fence slats saturday, the boys new goat house and the walls going up to re-side the girls house (they have eaten the old one).
It's been in the 90s here but in the 40s at night, the trees are already changing. It's early for that but with temp swings like this it's not surprising.
