The Calm After The Storm

Walking the beach became hazardous to my health this afternoon. What started out as a warm and sunny stroll suddenly turned ugly.

Horizontal rain, gusty wind, lightning, thunder... and no shelter.

Then as quickly as it came, it was over.

The aftermath was calm and peaceful... you never would have known there was heavy weather a few minutes earlier.
