I've seen this statue a lot while walking along Waterloo Street, so thought I'd finally blip it. Overlooking the corner of Waterloo Street and West Campbell Street, sitting on top of one of the buildings, it appears to be very sad.

There are also two more statues to the left of this one above the entrance to the building, but the mood of this one was the deciding factor.
