Sign of the Times

Today's Blip comes from Castlebellingham, County Louth, close to where we're spending the next few days. I've no idea how long these premises have been vacant and derelict, but the buildings look fairly recently built, and there's a large SOLD sign on the gate. Hopefully, good news for local employment!
