The Ashmolean, Oxford

A day out amongst the dreaming spires of Oxford, taking in the newly extended Ashmolean Museum (stunning architecture) and it's fascinating exhibits - like a mini British Museum with half the tourists. Lunch at their Dining Room on the top floor, enjoying frittatas, salad and fries in the sun. Bliss.
