This little chap arrived on the fence today when I was on the Terrace with Moot. Moot instantly went into Stealth Mode. Alas, Moot's Stealth Mode is rubbish as it consists of him crouching, swishing his tail furiously and making a kind of high pitched "chet-chet-chet-chet" noise.

The bird decided not to be an addition to Moot's diet and flew off.

There were also some Jays hanging around today but too far off to get a really good shot of them.

Today has been spent learning some office German - Wo ist die Kaffeemaschine? - and trying not to be nervous about tomorrow. I have a route to work which involves me getting 2 busses and 2 trains. However, there are only 2 failure points in the route and I have a little map. It will be fine.

The sad news today is that Shammi Kapoor died. So today's song is one of his more famous ones. His cry of "Yahoo" signifies that he's a bit of a rebel. I like the song and think it must have been one of the first saris-in-the-snow numbers.
