Cycle Training- Day One
Today I decided I should get my ass in gear and start doing something to prevent my legs from failing during Pedal for Scotland.
I cycled from Broughton to Cramond along the cycle path, then around Cramond a bit and up the massive, relentless hill to Davidson's Mains, then back on the cycle path to Roseburn, then back to Broughton along the cycle path. My hips are hurting today!
I think it was around 15 miles in total, so not quite 51 yet, but it's a start and it made me feel better.
This is my bike, Maryanne, at Cramond. Just to prove I made it there at least.
