Adherence

Inspired by the beauty of the pearl drops on leaves and petals of plants on so many an image of other Blippers.

After the rain this night I looked for the beauty due to the phenomenon of a result of a physical law called adherence.

I found it on the flower of a plant named Whirling Butterflies (in Dutch 'Prachtkaars'). The scientific name of this plant is Gaura_lindheimeri where you can read that there's more than one English name for this plant:
- Lindheimer's Beeblossom
- White Gaura
- Pink Gaura
- Lindheimer's Clockweed.

But whatever name you use, the beauty of adherence when crystal clear water is involved, stays the same ... ;)
