Sand removal......

.....this little chap had sand between his toes but his Grandad (?) was doing a great job of getting rid of the pesky stuff.....

I was going to head north (to where the Whitley Bay Kite Festival was happening) but the clouds were gathering and I didn't want another drenching (oh I'm such a wuss!) Took this at Cullercoats Bay, which was virtually deserted.......

Probably went overboard with the processing here.........
