Sir David Stirling memorial.

After our walk in the wood with Rona this morning we decided to head out early as rain was forecast. (It has now arrived just as we are having lunch!) We travelled up towards Doune and stopped off at the David Stirling memorial. David Stirling was the founder of the SAS.

There could be no nicer place for a memorial, looking over towards Doune and the Perthshire hills.

Hopefully this afternoon we may get some gardening done if the rain goes off....please!!!
