Grinder

I quite often have friends come to stay when they're visiting Glasgow; I have a spare bedroom, so it's never a problem.

Recently, a friend came up from England to go to a wedding, and stayed for one night. I don't think I ever saw him, but was quite happy to let him stay in the spare bedroom, rather than getting a hotel room. I refused to accept any sort of payment for it; it's just a nice thing to do.

I received a parcel in the post the other day with a bag of coffee beans and a note that said, 'This is my favourite coffee. I hope you have a grinder'.
