Goschenhoppen

That's the name a the folk festival that we went to today ~ Goschenhoppen Folk Festival.Goschenhoppen is one of the oldest continuously existing Pennsylvania German communities in America. The Henry Antes home built in 1736 had George Washington spend several days here during the Revolutionary War. Today, over 500 costumed volunteers recreate kitchens, parlors, trade shops, and itinerants to bring to life the hands-on skills from the past.

Children will have fun no matter what century they live in.
