I was working today, not much opportunity for photos. It's always the same; need new images for my website (which is full of designs the majority of which were painted 4 years ago, not great for showcasing current skills) but never get the chance to stop and take some.

So today I told myself I would stop at least once and ask permission for a photo.

I have to point out that butterflies are one of my least favourite designs to paint. No matter how I try, and how many I end up painting, butterflies are my face painting nemesis. I just can't seem to ever get it right. Don't know why.

In theory, when it comes to face painted butterflies, less is more. So I kept it simple. I'm fairly pleased, but not yet satisfied fully. So my own personal quest continues. I *will* get there one day...
