Up the 'swanny' river?
Spent a lovely day visiting my mother-in-law in Wellingborough. Both kids were back to normal (meaning they were full of beans and LOUD) and even Nana was on top form.
No idea which shot to pick for today - Nana, the kids, Nana and the kids, our lunch, phallic pylons, silly road signs, a lovely new foal, the Whitworths factory, Wellingborough Prison (which started its life as a Borstal for young offenders), a caterpillar that looked like a tiger, Nana's garden or my son peering through a dustbin?
In the end I chose this view of the River Nene, taken from the Embankment, where there must be over a hundred swans. An amazing sight but pretty impossible to capture in just one photo!
