Started to feel a little low this afternoon, dont know why, just felt low
It was a nice sunny day for the most part, a little cold due to a fairly strong wind
The trees are still not ready to relinquish their leaves to the wind, it's not autumn yet!
Went out for a walk this evening, more often than not my route takes me through Ness Islands, this is my favorite spot to sit for a while and reflect.
The sky looks as though it could cry and to be honest so could I at the time.
Everything is ok now, another bout of depression conquered :-)
