Mitchell Library, Glasgow

The Mitchell is a beautiful library at Charing Cross in Glasgow. It's the largest public reference library in Europe. The building is a great mix of original features and modern open reading spaces.
The outside facade has been somewhat ruined by the M8 cutting though the city.
