River Test

A trip to London to see Dave and to fish on the fabled River Test.

The Test is a lovely chalk stream in Hampshire and has some brilliant trout fishing. We had a great day spotting and casting over these lovely fish and took one or two. Gobbled one for lunch on the barbie too.

Purdey came with us and managed to behave most of the time, apart from one loss of concentration, when she went bounding into a peaceful pool and sent the fish diving for cover.

A good evening spent in Stockbridge with a couple of nice beers in a local pub.
