My first ox

On our way home from Maine, we stopped to visit friends in New Hampshire. We met Matt more than 5 years ago in our software job, but a couple years ago he quit to find more fulfilling work. Right now, that means he is farming in the summers (and a ski instructor in the winter). We had a chance to tour the farm he is working on while we were visiting, including meeting the oxen who do all the real labor on the farm!
