Up early.

ND8 filter on (the one that cost about £2 from Hong Kong).

Slip sliding over the tree roots down to the lake side.

Sat there on the rock gazing in to the mist.

Good forecast today.

Run completed but had heavy legs today and going around anti-clockwise, reversing the route of the day before yesterday, seemed to make it harder.

Anyway, I was a bit faster. Life is full of surprises!

Holiday update: Son #1 and #2 have been treated to an inflatable boat. I thought this would never happen! Son #1 wants oars now!
