Madness

I got up at 5am to finish my journey home and finally arrived at 9.30am. I have felt really tired all day - almost feels like jetlag!

So have taken it easy today. I have been working but really just going through e-mails and dealing with 'urgent' issues.

I spotted this guy paddling on a very wet North Berwick beach this afternoon in the pouring rain!

I spent the evening unpacking all my stuff, washing dive kit and cooking myself a gorgeous spaghetti bolognese - finally I don't have to eat pub food tonight!
