Edit: pulled pork is a dish made from a fatty cut of a pig cooked long enough to fall apart or be easily separated into smaller pieces without having to cut it. Thus the name: you can pull the meat strands apart. The meat can be cooked with spices or liquids, or baked without embellishments and flavored later.
