A visit to the butterfly garden

The monarchs haven't been too much in evidence so far this summer, but I finally saw them today. There was a greater variety of butterflies and moths flitting from flower to flower...and lots of people there to admire them too.

Weather report: Currently 76 degrees and clear. This morning dawned cool, almost chilly, but that didn't last. By the time I made it to the Arboretum, the temperature was about 82 and the humidity was low. I'm not complaining!
