Mum's Birthday Cake

Today my Mum celebrated her 68th birthday. We started the day with smoked salmon scrambled eggs on toast...yummy! We then went to buy a wheelchair for my dad which despite his initial objections proved to be a hit! A day out in the countryside pottering around plus a lovely lunch meant naps were needed in the afternoon. Beautiful chocolate cake with candles and wishes finished off our family get together perfectly.
