Mono focus

Today is finally drawing to an end and an end that finds us tucked up in our airport hotel room. Once we finally paid attention to exactly how early our flight is in the morning and just how far we are from the airport it seemed the only sensible option. It deprived us of a final night of packing (our preferred timing*) which meant a day of focused activity. Somehow we managed to achieve everything off Anna's list (see yesterday) and a few more besides. Amazing how much there always seems to be to do before a holiday. Anyway, done it is and sleep calls as even though we are staying at the airport it is still an early alarm call.

Does feel like the holiday's started early though.
