Chelsea morning

I got up soon after 7 this morning and found son G already wrist-deep in dough. He had decided to try making Chelsea buns using a recipe by Dan Lepard.
The process was fairly labour-intensive but the result was spectacular!

(He's now preparing Portuguese roast pork loin with fried potatoes and a bean salad for supper.)
