(nearly) 100 cloves of garlic

There is now a chicken resting on top of this baking away in my oven.
My, what a day.
I discovered this morning the door to the freezer in the garage had popped open in the night. AAAAARGH. I was sure that when I'd stuffed a load of croissants in there yesterday that it had sealed again properly and was shut. Wrongedy wrong wrong.
My day today has been endless cooking whilst apologizing/pleading with/shouting at kids from a distance.. They did get magazines out of it when we finally got out to the shop with the dog this evening though.

My fridge now has the following in it cooling so I can refreeze it:
Lasagne
Beef and ale pie filling
Small beef and ale pie fililng
Moroccan lamb shanks
Spag bol x 2
Small Spag bol x 2
Chicken tikka balti x 3
Moroccan stewed lamb

The kids had chicken nuggets for tea, we've got chicken in 100 (ish) cloves of garlic, we all had pasta & sauce for lunch and I'm just not going to look in my wheelie bin till it's been emptied.

Not a good day really. Bah.
