Today was a much better day. My contract arrived in the post and that put a great big smile on my face. They also promise to pay me at the end of every month. This is a Good Thing. I may buy sweets to celebrate.

Had a walk round Schierstein Hafen today for the first time in what seems like ages. The Storks were not at home - well, of the two nests we looked at they weren't. It started raining and forced a retreat to the dry supermarket. Still, we have food again.

Today is Alex69's Birthday. I hope she has had a fantastic day and is going to have a super evening. I hope you all enjoy this song.
