All Aboard

Today we went on a brilliant tour of Asheville, an unexpected gift from Ethan & Maria.
Housed aboard a psychedelic purple school bus, it was a solid mix of comedic nonsense and historical factoids, and laugh-out-loud funny from beginning to end.
The compere was an expertly crafted comedy character, with various others boarding the bus along the way. These included a drunken nun, a wasted beer tourist and a giant South Carolinian cockroach.

Later, with our funny bones in pieces, we went for a short hike in the nearby mountains. We waded in streams, built Korean style stone piles, chewed on minty-tasting sticks, and generally enjoyed the relaxing shade of the trees.
