Hidcote Manor - Lily Pond

A wonderful day at Hidcote and as I thought was overwhelmed by potential blips for today but in the end went for the Lily Pond for the colours and reflections. The garden rooms created at this beautiful National Trust garden are diverse and breath-taking. My only disappointment was that the hedges which define the rooms were not clipped - but this must be a mammoth task like painting the Forth Bridge. A lovely way to spend my birthday and more of Hidcote here
