Risotto Frittata
Tonight it was left- over night - but very nice nevertheless and it's always satisfying to use up all the food with nothing going to waste. So used the remains of the vegetable risotto in a frittata.

Frittata with new potatoes and the remaining guacamole.

Fresh roll and jam
Lunch
Roll with boiled egg and tomato
in between
Chocolate biscuits
