What a dreich day!

Thursdays are a problem: Henry comes out to play.

This is OK on a fine day - the girls have a large garden in which to pass time until Henry is put away again. But today was pouring wet. The house was closed to them (in their own minds). So they spent the whole morning in the back of one of the cars.

Even when the house was Henry-free again, the miserable weather outside meant that there was nothing to do.

This photograph was taken of Jess on the kitchen floor just looking around to see if anything - anything at all! - could catch her attention. But there was nothing to do, and so she continued to lie there, bored look on her face.
