Rain stopped play......

......and I'm reduced to blipping an early lunch (homemade chicken, courgette and tomato soup with garlic and chilli croutons, yesterdays homemade sunflower seedy bread, the celery and the stilton came from the local co-op), not what I'd usually have for a mid-august lunch........

MESSAGE TO THOSE IN CHARGE OF CELESTIAL WATERWORKS : OK, so you've made your point, you can turn it off now!!

PS.....started tagging these foodonasquareplate, seeing as there's 4 of them now it probably merits 'occasional series' status......of course it also means I'll somehow manage to accidentally smash the plate in question next time I wash it.........
