looking towards the dam

This view is basicly the opposite of July 24th's shot.The flow of the river Twyler is barely a trickle at the moment as you can see,it's hard to imagine but the water level can rise to the under side of the bridge! Gave me a cold shudder stood there photographing thinking a massive surge of water could suddenly arrive. The water level is relayed to control center i believe as theres a 'transmitter at the top on the right hand side.
