Mt. Tom

Nice View of Mt Tom, in the Sierra Nevada Range. This photo doesn't do it justice, it really is quite breathtaking, especially when there is snow on it. I am standing at about 7000' elevation, so i,m guessing this Mt. is around 12,000' high.

The route I took is along the eastern side of the Sierras. Most of the famous scenic areas (the Ansil Adams pictures) are on the west side.
