Homage to Uta Barth

P and I were at the Calgary airport waiting to board a flight today when a thunderstorm swept through, shutting down the airport for a time, killing the power etc.. Needless to say delayed flights.

Thought I would blip through the rain splashed window and thought of my friend, blipper BlipBlop who talked about Uta Barth a few days ago. This is my attempt at creating a facsimile of her beautiful blurred shapes. The slight horizontal line which gives this image its "landscape" feel is actually a reflection of the window mullions. The rest is the sky and the obliterated sun with the raindrops on the window up close.
