Japanese shadows

It is pouring rain tonight and I cannot go out to take a picture. So I just stood on my front balcony where there is a wealth of trees crisscrossing the sky and took pictures of the same ones with all the custom features possible on my camera. This one is my favorite because it reminds me of the decor for a japanese shadow puppetry show. And it would make a nice oriental print. The black and white also describes the atmosphere of sitting on the tiny front balcony, with dark everywhere except in the sky piercing through. No lightning but the great sound of thunder all around. That is an experience I love, rain falling, a haze around me and sound surround.
