Punting on the river Cam
Cambridge, where clever people come to become even more cleverer...
Very relaxing, even serene, being propelled along on a low-slung punt by a student with a scaffolding pole. He did blot his copybook however by constantly referring to 'England' when it should have been 'Britain' - I hate that level of ignorance, and you'd think a Cambridge student would know better. He looked blankly at me when I picked him up on it - perhaps I should have pushed him - I'd have got a great Blip.
This is the Bridge of Sighs, modelled on the one in Venice, or is it the other way round? I can't remember.
I didn't study at Cambridge, but you probably knew that already...
