Cooking up a treat!

Elizabeth had a day at home with me today. In the morning she "helped" me to mow the lawn. Or she stood and shouted "mummy" and then said "all done" whenever I switched it off.

In the afternoon we made cookies together. She liked mixing the bowl, especially when I held onto the wooden spoon with her and mixed it really fast, because it jiggled her about.

Then she put the balls of cookie dough onto the baking tray, even though they made her hands "messy". But that meant she could wash her "hands" frequently.

She also enjoyed "wipe" (wiping) the table afterwards and putting the dishes into the dishwasher.

Finally, she got to try one of her cookies and simply said "more?"
